I understand and agree that Precision Stone Inc, cannot be responsible for loss, damage, theft of personal belongings, personal injury, accidents or illness. This includes but is not limited to any and all injury, illness, damage, loss, or claim of any kind which may be caused by any failure or defect in any premises, any vehicle or any equipment or through the acts of neglect or default of any company or person engaged in arrangements of the workshop or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the workshop. Workshops require a minimum number of delegates to make them viable to run. This number for all of our courses is 4 participants. We will notify delegates no later than 1 week before the running date if not enough bookings have come in. In such an event participants will receive their full payment back. Book early as places are limited. The workshop operators cannot be held responsible for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes, or for delays or irregularities occasioned by cancellation by the airline; overbooking or strikes by airline, hotels, ground service, acts of God, etc. I understand and agree that I will participate in the workshop at my own risk. In consideration of my participation in the workshop, I hereby release and covenant not to sue Precision Stone Inc, for any alleged acts of negligence or other default related directly or indirectly to my participation in the workshop and my related living and travel. I understand and agree that the participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, and that the organizers of this workshop cannot be held responsible for loss or additional expenses due to delay, cancellation, or changes in schedule due to any cause. I understand that the workshop organizers recommend that all participants purchase trip insurance to cover these risks, and also obtain international health and accident insurance. I will obtain my doctor’s approval of participation in the workshop. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of my participation as described herein. I agree to all the conditions discussed on this website or brochure and agree to obtain international health and accident insurance. I hereby acknowledge and agree that by checking below on this Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement, it shall be treated as a signature binding me to the terms and conditions contained in the agreement. I authorize Precision Stone Inc to accept this checked agreement of the Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement as the original document and signature.
Cancellation Policy *
Any cancellations received up to 10 days before the workshop are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. All workshop fees are forfeited thereafter, however substitutions can be made. Please note that if a participant does not cancel and does not attend, then they are still responsible for payment. Workshop Cancellation Policy Workshops require a minimum number of attendees to run. The minimum number is 4 attendees. If a workshop is to be withdrawn, this will be done no later than 7 days prior to the workshop date and a refund given. *The only non-refundable expense is the 2.9% fee if the attendee pays via PayPal. Payments sent via check or money order will be returned in full. NASC is unable to reimburse participants for any accommodation, transport or other expenses incurred. Confirmation of numbers will be provided to attendees 14 days prior to the workshop. In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of the control of NASC, i.e. weather; NASC will endeavour to contact all attendees immediately. NASC will inform all workshop attendees of a substitute date, or provide a full refund of the workshop cost to the participant. In such case, NASC is unable to reimburse participants for any accommodation, transport or other expenses incurred.
